How To Transfer Bombers

The Coral Sea AAR refers to transferring bombers from Townsend to Moresby. Following along in-game I could not find a transfer order anywhere, nor is there any mention of it in the manual.

How is it done?

You can initiate a transfer from the strike screen.  The same interface that you select which sighting you want to attack with also has Transfer a little lower down.

How is it done?

Tony has it right. Just go to the Strike Screen with Townsville as your base, and click on the target button in the target box, just as if you were ordering a strike. In the menu that appears the Transfer command is below the Strike section, clicking on that will allow you to select Port Moresby as the destination, and when you hit the Launch button they'll fly their transfer mission.
