Tutorials?

Post by Rocko911 »

I loaded the tutorials, yet there is no on screen prompting or explaining going on. I looked in the online manual and nothing about what to do in the tutorials?

You should have that "on screen prompting or explaining going on" automatically. It pops up in a dialogue box, or at least it does for me, which is there until you turn it off (which you don't need to). There is a big red arrow pointing you which buttons you need to press according to the instructions.

Hopefully somebody can advise what might be happening.

Hi LRRP - You should see the tutorial window as soon as the tutorial is started. Seems to be working for other people, so it may be something specific to your machine.
Are you running in windowed mode or fullscreen?
If the problem persists, can you send through a bug report to support@ssg.com.au and include the options file (options.txt) that resides in your carriers at war directory. Alternatively, you can send in-game bug report by hitting ctrl-B while you are in the game.

As i've mentioned in another thread, im moving house at the moment, so my internet access is sketchy at best. I'll do my best to have a look at this issue promptly.
