Getting German textures in map maker

I'm trying out the map maker with the "German" area selected, and the textures are looking very Russian. I remember from way back when I had EF II that there were a set of German textures. \

Edit: it must have been a mod. I double checked against EF II. Any way to have two sets of building textures active for different areas? Thx.
