load/unload

Post by british exil »

messing round with the game. How do I unload/load troops? Manual says number pad 0. At the moment I'm playing on my laptop. I don't have a numberpad . And when I press 0 nothing happens. Any Ideas?

There is a button at the bottom. Highlight the troops or gun and a transport. Hit the load/unloadbutton. With hex highlighted hit the U button to be able to select the units you want. This is especially helpful in a crowded hex. When transports get damaged you will notice they are no longer capable of hauling troops or guns.

Thanks for your quick response.
I managed to find out how.
was too busy playing to answer straight away. Won't be the only problem I bump into, learning by doing.

Wish you fun playing.

Try the bootcamp scenarios....I hope that Matrix included them. They are very useful for learning the basic mechanics of the system.
