Strike doesn't save?!

In Coral Sea scenario at Townsville I set up a Transfer\Base to Port Moresby to transfer six planes. I close the Strike dialog. I reopen to make sure it is set up and it is. I save the file. I close and reopen the saved file and the Strike is not saved. Why?

Addendum: I went back and ran the saved file and it did transfer the planes, they showed up at Port Moresby. However, it just doesn't show that the transfer has been done when I open the Strike dialog for Townsville. It shows the planes there but nothing in the line where it should say "Port Moresby."

So it DOES save, it just doesn't save the dialog part.
