What are you guys looking for? It can be either printed the size that the manual would be or the printer margins.

What other option?

CJ the sheets have a color background looking like a spiral page. It eats ink. The "light" printable PDF version linked here should be sans background.

I was just surprised it wasn't included.

I couldn't wait and printed anyway - used up half a color cartridge [:@]

I printed it on the crappiest setting but I have the disk on the way with their manual anyway. I use my wife's money to buy ink. [;)]

Its an issue being worked on to get a printer friendly, less ink using version.

I seem to recall a wax-based pigment application system that used series of
single-hue-dedicated stylii to transfer the color directly to the work surface.
They were once almost ubiquitous in the educational system but now are hardly ever
seen. Perhaps you can still find an intact system-set on ebay?

Yep... it does'nt work. Still. [:'(]

It sure is nice when Matrix puts both styles of manuals in a download. Fancy and full of color for orgasmic reading, then the plain background that's great for printing and reading on the toilet etc..

How about e-mailing it to registered owners in the meantime?
We could email Matrix our serial #s as proof.

Asked that same thing (the whole "I'll forward you my serial number approach"), but didn't hear back. I printed the pages I needed for CAW per Adam's advice, but I'm out of luck with the Campaign series games -- which I just bought -- as that book is a LOT thicker. I'm never going to be able to print that manual, and I think the decision NOT to include a printer friendly book as a default with the digital downloads is a mistake....or at least a headache for me and my printer [:)]

As it is, I'll have to read the CS manual on screen and take notes. Which isn't going to be fun.

It stinks not having a print friendly manual. One of the first things I do when I buy a Matrix game is print the manual, put it in a binder with tab pages, label the tabs, then read it and use it for reference. I have a shelf devoted entirely to binders from Matrix games. I count 21! Man I need a life!
