Download vs Disc

Post by IVeron »

Hi Everyone,
Was a great fan of the original game. I ordered it for Father's from matrix (June 9th) but they have it on backorder, the thing that's really bugging me is that they never notified me to tell me it was on backorder; and when they finally emailed back, they don't know when it will be restocked!

So,

If I cancel the order and get only the download, can I burn it on a disc? for when the ol'd comp gets reformatted?

or,

can I download it with the purchase of the disc? didn't show an option for that ...
Thanks in advance,
IVeron

That's one of the great things about Matrix downloads... you can burn it to anything you want. That with the serial number and you are "good to go!" Sounds like a Taco Bell commercial. [;)]

You can also put the download exe. on a Flashdrive. I got a 1 GB flashdrive for about $50, it can easily store a handful of wargames as their footprint is smaller.

I been cracking (pun) jokes on Matrix for quite some time and I just about NEVER get a reply?!? Thanks CJ! [:D]

This is a gaming site with hundreds of thousands of posts and it is so serious! It amazes me. How did gaming become so straight faced serious and sad?
