Bug v1.00: Mouse scrolling in windowed mode

When playing in a Window and leaving the game running with focus lost, the screen continues to scroll even after the mouse in outside of the window.

It seems I have to hit ALT-TAB to activate some other window before I can slide my mouse away from the CAW window.

Hi Mark,
The game will continue to scroll in windowed mode when the mouse is outside the window until the window loses focus. This is to get around the annoying problem where scrolling in windowed mode requires you to get your mouse in the correct couple of pixels at the edge of the window that triggers scrolling.
