First Time Jap Player

As a newbie to this side of the pond I’ve found production is making my head hurt and force deployment has my head spinning. Can I be the only one????

I’m asking all movers and shakers within the Far East Fan Boy fraternity to help this and future fledgling sons of Nippon by developing this thread as a one stop shop for the best of the best ideas. Call it a repository for Japanese Top Gun players.
I’m not asking for your most treasured ideas so keep that shirt on your back, I’m looking for your jacket.
