NATO Symbols Fix

1.01 Update fixed nato symbols in 2D mode but they are still small and off center

How to install:
1. (optional) backup all icons2d bmp files from EF, RS and WF directories (there is always icons2d.bmp file and other files with numbers like icons2d31.bmp etc.)
2. unzip NatoSymbol_Fix.zip to EF, RS and WF directories (you can unzip only files needed for each game but unzip entire archive to each directory works fine)
3. play the game

Problems with server, zip file was corrupted, now it should work OK, anyone who fast enough...download please again [:)]
