Is aa tech?

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

Is aa, the tech that is supossed to allow corps to defend cities against heavy bombers.. still in the game

I'm not sure exactly what that would be - there is some tech that increases the AA defenses of cities themselves.

ok, initially only aa was going to defend cities, then it got dropped and units with aa, but I did not see aa as a tech, shich ones increase or add aa?
