3D graphic option?

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

3D graphic option?

Is there an option to change the graphics to 3D as in TAOW III? I dont like the hex mode, can this be turned off?

How does it compare to TAOW III other than choice of builds and production? There are not many unit types.
