Aug 8 1942 Dynamic Campaign Game, German Tank battallion, Central Barbarossa. I know i'm not the only one with the AT gun at 1 problem, but now it has transfered to the mobile assult guns. This was never a prob in the original east front 2, the Stug 3's were always at a strength of 3. Since i have started this campaign, which i'm several dozen missions into, i havent recieved one piece of equipment ( that wasent a core unit), that dident have a strength of 1 when it arrives. I hate to sound like a broken record with this, but it really just chaps my ass, seeing this has been a problem with the game since the late 90's. Can i get a promise that this fix will be in the first patch. And i mean for the whole eastern front DCG Barrarossa trio? I hope you realize that i love this game and appreciate all you and your team have done to revive and improve it, and with most things that one loves we nit pick it to perfection...

It happens regularily. I thought it was a design intent to reflect the new equipment coming in.ORIGINAL: Jason Petho
Does anyone remember having a problem with this with the original East Front? Not East Front II.

Jason:
This was a problem with the TS version. The problem occurs upon an upgrade and also occurs in WF "Road to Germany" on the upgrade to the newer tanks for the Americans.
In the ccd file the strength and name of the piece of equipment appears before the upgrade. After the upgrade the strength goes to zero and the name of the equipment does not appear. The only upgrades I have found this to be a problem with are the ones for the equipment only. The upgrades for a company, battalion etc seem to be ok. The oob files appear to be ok on the equipment which seem to be a problem. In the ccd file I do notice that there are no strength values on the equipment upgrades. Could this be the problem?
