Spain and Turkey

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

Spain and Turkey

Any percentage chance that these two countries would throw their lot in with either side? Or do they only activate with invasion?

Thye only activate on invasion

While historically these countries were staunchly neutral (as was Sweden, Switzerland and Portugal), something needs to be done to allow diplomacy. It would be great to influence these countries or even have a possible random trigger where they join one side or another. Spain should at least favor the Axis.

To reflect spains pro axis stance allow neutral Spanish units to spot for the AXis with FOW on? Actually you could say ALL neutral countries could spot for both sides?
