As someone who is in 2/44 PBEM and currently in latest update, what is the pilot lost number we should be looking at to see if we
encounter this problem? I believe PZB vs Andymacs game they adjusted somevalues, I assumed this went in the upgrade?

Should we be concerned?

EVEN FURTHER UPDATE:

OK - running the turns all the way out, rebooting each time - i get pilot losses for the Allies, but not the same ones that Kenny got - the list is different.

Let's try resending the "War In the Pacific.exe" files again - however, before you upload it, make a copy and rename the extension XEE (instead of EXE) - hopefully the file will be transmitted and not bounced as a possible virus.

Preferably i need the file from each of you...

i wouldn't be concerned if it doesn't hit you... [:'(]

The pilot numbers (lost) they sent in their turns was about 1/5 - 1/2 of the pilots in the Japanese units... you can see the Allied lost about 10 of 22 pilots on his list...

Tried renaming the file but it won't let me change the extention. I sent 2 cpoies of it attached to 1 e-mail hoping that if they are zipped they will get past the virus protection.

Go to http://www.rapidshare.com/ ; upload the file there and either post the link it gives you here or email the link to him.  Rtrapasso (or whoever) can then download it from there.

Nice try, but i think gmails bounces ZIP files... [8|]

Aside from Rapidshare (which involves joining something) - you might try resending the ZIP file but change the extension to PIZ - that works to get around the antiviral software (or did last week).

You don't have to join or even give them an email address to use RapidShare.

My guess is the pilots got rotated. I had a 6 kill ace from the AVG disappear. He was my highest scoring ace. Actually still is come to think about it, but a week or 2 later he showed up in the 49th fighter group on the west coast (that group had never left the west coast and has 3 guys will kills in it now).

Dunno - the programmers are looking into the whole thing and trying to decide on the best course of action...
