How do I fix a rail line?

Well how do I?
I have tried moving engineers to it? Any ideas? Thanks

Any Line Unit (no militias,....)can do it, clicking on the icon of speacial orders menu (second tab IIRC).(Page 30-31 of the manual) Will try to repair it on the very first day but it takes some time, so it might move(if ordered to) or not in that 15 day period.

The icon is the one with the little hammer above the rail line picture, it'll activate when your unit is on a broken line. Engineers improve the speed, but any line unit can repair them. (No generals or such)
