Do emergency caps cancel all fueling and prior strike orders?

Hi MarkShot,

I went to the Midway scenario to test this. I set all the VF in the Hornet/Enterprise group to ARM, set the game to run and went to the Flight Deck screen. As the Japanese strike approached and throughout the attacks duration, no U.S. fighters arose to meet them. This leads me to conclude that the answer is NO, emergency CAP doesn't cancel those orders or missions.
