41 pbem problem

I been away for a long time, maybe I am too rusty but I have a problem. I cant start 41 pbem game... I select it and everything runs like 2 player hotseat.No password asking etc. 42,43, 44 campaign pbem works fine. Even possum 41 campaign pbem works. I tried on 2 different pc's... I downloaded wir 3.3 again and unzipped it to a new folder to be sure. Nothing worked... Could anyone help please? TDV cannot beat the hell out of me if I cannot start the game...

Note that when initiating a 1941 PBEM campaign in version 3.3 for the first time you'll have to fix a little bug before being able to play:
- Go to the WIR program directory.
- Start the editwir.exe program
- Type L (load data)
- Type X (complete scenario file)
- Type OBWIR as filename followed by Enter
- Type S (store data)
- Type X (complete scenario file)
- Type OBWIR as filename followed by Enter
