Battle HQ - Playing a game

Just a quick question, i am able to play H2H on the MMCC3 servers with no problem, however i am unable to play other people in battle HQ rooms.#

Any ideas what my problem could be?

for your info i have the direct play icon ticked in Battle HQ as well as opening up all the requisite ports. I am also not using a router.

When i try to join a game i get a black screen with a mouse arrow key. I have also tried giving out my IP address to another user but cannot host/join

I have the same exact problem and I cannot find a solution for the life of me. I will let you know if I learn anything new.
