RHS Economic Utilities x.7431 update

Post by el cid again »

The three Economic Utilities - one each for Levels 5, 6 and 7 - are updated for the addition of Yining.
They are not likely to change for the x.75 release of RHS - unless some error is detected these are final.

There have been no x.743 file releases at all. This is the post x.742 form of RHS - which we may release if we cannot go to x.75.

I am going to be traveling next week - and I hope to wrap this all up by Monday. We will be starting a semi-open tag team human vs human test about a week later (allowing Blitzk to see if he can find any eratta).

El Cid Again, I don't get it: what's this Economic Utility for? Ok, all the data is systematically included (on turn 1). But these numbers are going to change every day (except the few free supply points of course). The excel file will be then obsolete. What's the point? Am I missing something?

IF you play the tag team game

or follow it in reports

or maybe any other game with me

I will issue additional sheets every day - so you will always have a current sheet.

I dump the turn data into the sheet - which you will note is in slot order - for that reason.

There is another application:

the most difficult turn is Turn 1 of any game

The sheets permit players to do planning on a semi-intelligent basis for the start of any game of RHS.
At least you know two things:

a) The starting state of affairs;

b) The potential totals of whatever.

Note that the sheets probably will expand to incude other economic things - once we are no longer developing.
