Navigator not plotting new course

Hi

I'm on Lession 2 "Course and Speed" and i'm trying the navigator to plot a course around land. So i draw a course directly to Reference Point 3 over land, but after clicking on Navigation button nothing happens.

Are there any settings to activate that feature?

It sounds like you have staff assistance turned off for navigation?
Try checking in the H3 launcher, game preferences and see if staff assistance is checked for navigation. If you plot a course through land, they will then try to replot it.
