Good morning, everyone. [:)]
Morning to you!! How's the weather up in Raleigh... rather soggy down here (with no change in sight...)
Morning Bob. I just saw the national weather and saw more t-storms in your forcast. I'm sad to say (not really [;)]) it's been beautiful here. Sunny and mid-80's. We actually had some decent rain a couple of days ago, but we're still well below normal for the year, and the city of Raleigh started permanant, mandatory water restrictions on July 1. [8|]
Yes - we have water restrictions too (by law start May 1, iirc) - with flooding everywhere [X(] [8|] [:D](minor flooding in my town, not so minor downstream).

RE: THE THREAD !!!
Oh, dear Thread - there is NO HISTORY for year 63!! [X(] [&:]
So - here is 63 BC instead!!
Roman annexation of Judea as a client kingdom. King Judah Aristobulus II removed from power, while his brother John Hyrcanus II becomes king under Roman suzereinty.
Julius Caesar elected Pontifex Maximus.
Marcus Tullius Cicero is senior consul.
Cato the younger is tribune of the people.
Catiline's conspiracy against the Roman Republic.

RE: THE THREAD !!!
[:D] My parents haven't gotten me anything in like 8-10 years for birthdays so they called me out of the blue one day and said if you had to choose between flying in a b24 or a b17 or a b25 which one would you want to fly in. And i said the 24 because there are only like 2 airworthy model left. So then i get a call later in the day . hey we bought you a ticket to fly around dallas in the b24 you need to be at love field tomorrow at noon. The ticket was 475 [X(] for the 40 minute flight but was well worth every penny especialy because i didn't have to pay anything for it. Flying in that thing was freaking awsome.ORIGINAL: USS America

RE: THE THREAD !!!
More on the Catline conspiracy:
"...Catiline turned to revolution. With a small group of senatorial backbenchers and equestrians, he made plans to recruit an army in Etruria, march on Rome, and take control of the state after murdering Cicero and other leading senators.
Cicero learned of the plot from one of the conspirators and obtained concrete evidence of it from Crassus. On Oct. 21, 63 B.C., Cicero exposed Catiline's plans in the Senate, which declared a state of emergency and voted Cicero full power to deal with the conspiracy; his defensive measures in Rome and elsewhere in Italy foiled Catiline's plans on October 27. On November 7 Cicero denounced Catiline in the Senate in the first of his four Catilinarian orations. Catiline promptly left Rome to join his troops in Etruria. Early in December, Cicero arrested four of the conspirators left in Rome, and they were put to death on his orders. This action broke the back of the conspiracy. In January 62 B.C., two senatorial armies trapped Catiline at Pistoria in northern Etruria as he tried to flee to Gaul, and he died fighting at the head of his troops."

And an N3 class battleship

And I believe there is one of these in T's Mare Bellum mod, so thanks once again. Are these all on your site? What other goodies do you have planned?
[&o][&o]
They will be available at some point in the near(ish) future [:)] Future projects planned are USN Constellation class battlecruisers, RN Tiger battlecruisers and a few Japanese 'never-were' and rebuild ships.
Then some more 'planes [:)]
If you want them sooner I can send them to you
Yes please (but only if it does not put you to too much trouble - you have done lots for me already). Will the Tiger be the updated version put forward by Alikchi?

RE: THE THREAD !!!
There are some good topics in the War Room lately. Subs, escorts, etc. Sometimes I step back and find it amazing that I enjoy reading about this game so much. [:)]
