PBEM Needs work

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

PBEM Needs work

Post by targul »

The PBEM needs some serious work. There is no cue when to save. There is no protection from redoing turns. I am regularly getting corupted files which are making it almost impossible to actually play the game.

Playing PBEM too and my opponent keeps sending files saved in a previous version. Previous version is in this case a mixed up problem with all saved files...

When trying to load my opponents file I was not sure which one I accidentaly loaded "his" file. The one I mailed to him, and guess what? Yes, I could load it and curious as I am I could see all his production and what he has focused on and all labbs allocated.

And I could also see all his troops, where they are etc... FOW checked BTW... [:)]

Well, hope this also will be reworked in the upcomming patch.
