Interesting War

Post by Hard Sarge »

Poland was able to drag out until 1940

it is now Jan 41, and Holland and Poland have fallen, but so has NA to the Allies

Belgium and France are not going to hold out much longer, unless some of the English troops get there in time, going to be close run thing

Well

France and Belgium finally fell, but in the spring and summer of 41, the Germans DOW on Russia, but in the fall (don't know where the Axis is getting its troops from, lots of Armor, lots of planes and lots of subs, I have sank 5 subs already, and taken out 3 or 4 Armor (and the GE have left at least one Armor in the West)

NA is Allied, the Russian Southern Front is holding, Finland has been hammered and about out of action, a good part of the drive to the north has been cut off, but slow going to taken it out

a Major Armor conflick is going on in front of Keiv with most of the Axis and Russian Armor based here, tradeing shots

the Romy sector may fall soon

a little pressure in France may tip the scales

still think it is a interesting war

my move to trap the Axis going north, ended up getting trapped themselfs, and then another trap was sprung, with those getting trapped also !

Romy was encircled and then took close to a year to kill off (out of supply AI troops fight pretty good)

Finland took even longer to knock out then Romy, in the end, Finland had more Partasens then they had troops to begin with !

the Axis Army Group Center is still driving on Moscow and doing major damage, but with the winter of 43 beginning, they have stalled

the Western Allies landed in France and have gotten most of France back, and some of the border areas of Germany (I closing in on Hamburg)

but a level 10 Tiger is blocking my path and my Tac Air does almost nothing to it, but it can't move forward and I am biding my time before I move against it

overall, got to say, the AI cheats, big time, it can replace losses that I can not as the Axis, with double the resources

I wish I had FOW off, so I could see the production and manpower and Oil levels for the AI, but it is too much of a advantage to see where the troops on the map are,

yeap, driving into Russia can be lots of fun, that drive to Prem is a bugger
