I meet a bug in RHSCVO 7.743 & 6.75.
At Bombay, the RIN, Naval HQ appears like a japanese unit !

I believe that El Cid has fixed this one already....see thread "location slot 189 notice" 
 
What is bad about this is he should be enjoying his vacation right now [:D].

This matter was investigated by Blitzk before I got into it myself. He reported the slot seems to be a hard coded one.
Someone else has posted he does not think that is correct. However, I have already changed the slot, and it seems to work.
I am only waiting for some news about art pointers - to insure they are right - before issuing an update. I have only released
x.75 for EOS so far - due to the pointer question in my mind. I am now considering releasing everything at a x.751 level - as a
few minor things have been worked in during this waiting for the art clarification. When that happens this will be fixed - as I have
put it into everything.
