Then it'll be my turn in the final months (years [:(]) to do the same [;)]

I've started a nice little art project for my AAR now. It's going to be updated with the AAR [:)]

Year 84 AD/BCE:

Possible date of the Battle of Mons Graupius (83 or 84), in which Gnaeus Julius Agricola defeated the Caledonians.

Pliny the Younger was sevir equitum Romanorum (commander of a cavalry squadron).

The construction of the Limes, a line of Roman fortifications from the Rhine to the Danube begun

Through his election as consul for ten years and censor for life, Domitian openly subordinated the republican aspect of the state to the monarchical. (i'm sure the election was a fair one, though!! [8|] [:D])

Domitian increased the troops' pay by one third, thus securing their loyalty (... probably did this right before the election, and asked the troops to man the polling stations! [X(])

Change of Jianchu era to Yuanhe era of the Chinese Eastern Han Dynasty.
