I purchased my TOAW on 3 Feb 07 and got both "Download and Disc". I am functioning on the Download and haven't inserted the disc.[:'(].
I am wondering if there are Downloads that I have missed or was what I purchased right up-to-date?

I ws going to say open up T3 and go to help-> About the Operational Art of War and see if you are running 3.1.0.9, which is the latest version.
Unfortunately, I did it to make sure it works and my game doesn't list a version number, so I don't know if that will actually work for you...

Yeah...the version number display is flaky. For the 3.1.0.9 patch, it doesn't show for me, either. Some people do get it, and some don't.

The version 3.1.0.9 patch was released in March and if you haven't downloaded and patched with it, then you should, so that you can get all the current TOAW III gaming goodness that you deserve!
