AAr's .. screen shots .. I have no idea how to do this .????

Commander – Europe at War Gold is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games. The first game spans WW2, allowing players to control the axis or allied forces through the entire war in the European Theatre.

AAr's .. screen shots .. I have no idea how to do this .????

Post by IrishGuards »

Well I am trying to do my best ..
In playing Wargames that is ...
Nay I fault I was not borned til 62 ..

I figure I will make up for lost time ...
It might seem I have done so .. Not in the way intended ..

I deeply regret beating up on you guys .. It's nay my fault .. [:D]

They give me these pointy units .. They only give me so many in this game ... [X(]
I build em .. Attack with em ..

As I watch Graf Aquelia and Sparverio slip into the Med .. I know all is ok .. [:)]
I am even learning .. and the good thing is there is alot to learn .. makes it very enjoyable ...

And thanks for the AAr's .. really appreciate them ..

Brings me to the question ... [&:]
How do I do this .. How can I send my AAr's like this ..

Any help will be appreciated .. Like I said I only know what to do with the pointy units .. and those other things I get from Labs is great ..

Hi IDG,

To upload a screenshot:

1. On the "Reply to Message" screen, mouse-over the words "Click here to upload!" at the bottom of the text-entry box and do just that! (i.e., click it) [:'(]

2. You will be taken to an upload screen; browse to your picture and then hit the "ok" button;

3. Put a checkmark in the "Embed picture in post" box (right next to item 1 above).

Voila ... Screenie!

Note:

To take a screenshot in the first place, pause your game and just hit the "Print Screen" button.

Usually, in most games, this will save a picture to a temp file. (Exactly where depends on the game. Should be fairly easy to find; just look in your game directory for pictures, or in your Temp directory on your C: drive.)

Some games will use a function key (like F5) instead of PrintScreen; this is usually stated in the game's documentation (like a "Readme" file, or even in the rules.)

Hope this helps!

If you hit print screen you copy the screen to the clipboard and can then paste it in to an art package.

It is my firm believe that with an adequate amount of beer all the problems we see in Commander will disappear.  So if you cant see a replay of the PBEM game have another beer and see what happens.  Repeat this step until one appears.  I am sure you will either see one or not care after awhile.

This should also work with my complaint. If I could get an Axis player to drink enough beer the Allies could win.  Or vis versa if I have enough beer I wont care.

So when this game is downloaded it should come with a coupon for a case of beer so all the potential complaints would disappear.
Jim

Cant we just get along.
Hell no I want to kill something!
