Bug

Post by 9omyte »

I am getting a message about 3 turns into WF saying "wf-exe-Application Error referenced memory at 0x00000004 - memory could not be read." I downloaded the game over the net. I am wondering how this might be fixed. So far I have had no trouble with EF, but I just got the game about 4 days ago.

Thanks

By the way, I downloaded the patch and it made no difference.

Are you playing a campaign? Scenario? which one? What are you doing when the error comes up?

I have had it happen on the scenario where the Brits are defending Arnhem bridge, and my son has had it happen on other scenarios also. By the way, I am so excited about your producing these games again. I have been looking for every way possible to get them to work on XP without success. I had all of these along with almost all of the Civil War games. Are they possibly in the works as well? The WWII are my favorite, while my son's has been the Civil War games. Anyhow, thank you for bringing them back and also your quick reply.

Sincerely,
