Can't run War In Russia 3.2

I've got windows memory protection error message when tried to run WIR under Win98. When I used MS-DOS I've got black screen and nothing else. :mad: :mad:
Whats wrong?? Where is no any troubleshootings with game. I hope someone will help.

P.S. Excuse my spelling, my soviet english is not good yet.

Did you install V3.1 too and had also problems?
Can you specify your Win installation (modifications regarding conventional memory tec.)?
Maybe then someone would have an answer.
