HELP: purchased game last year but computer crashed; new computer however I can't find anywhere on the Matrix site where/how to download the game again. I do have the game registered but all attempts just take me to the update patch and the two other downlaods that are a map and I believe some charts. Appreciate any help. Updtae really makes it an enjoyable game

This isn't my area of expertise, but in such situations someone always mentions the site findmyorder.com. Perhaps give that a shot. Otherwise, Erik Rutins will be by before too long and can answer.

Usually findmyorder.com will only work for an month or so after ur order less u payed for extended download rights.
That said of experience writing them a nice letter/email if u indeed has all ur purchase info and i found it possible that they will re-activate the option to download, long after the initial 30 days. Else u need to chat to Erik i guess as Gil says.

Thank you for the relies; I don't know who this Eric is but will try to find out as well as an e-mail to Matrix; great games but past problems with other games found zero support/response from them. Thank you again

Erik Rutins, not Eric Babe. Yeah i know, but they are 2 different person.
U need to get in touch with Erik Rutins of maxtrixgames. I'd send a letter to DR first tho, worked for me.

yes, I've only heard good things about DR when it comes to solving problems with a download or in the above case, letting you get back in to download the files. I think it involves having the last 4 digits of your credit card number if I remember correctly. My only problem was finding which CC I put it on!! I'd write them a nice thank you like I did if I were you hitech.

You can retrieve the link at any time in a time frame of 30 days from the point of purchase (please note that the 30 days is only "official", "unofficially" it should never expire). Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need help downloading." link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

We recommend to backup software you downloaded to a CD or DVD. By our license agreement you're granted the right to burn one personal backup copy to either CD or DVD or the backup medium of your choice.
