I already tried the Japanese and had some fun for a month or so of game time but to tell the truth the production management is just not my thing and tended to detract from the experience. So this old dog will stick to the same old same old hoping to finally make it into 43 and beyond.

Yeah obviously I mis-read ... and hey that's interesting .. Mikey has the same problem .. he doesn't like Japanese production either. I'll admit it takes some getting used to .. after after you've tied your shoes upside down for 3 years it gets easier !!

I'd like to try you and Mike as Allies against me and a second one day maybe - Mike and I have been playing WITP for 25 years now - but he's becomming a die hard "Allies only" player now. But I'd have to play 2 day turns and have a decent partner (for 2x2) so something for the future ...

The idea of a 2 x 2 sounds pretty good to me.

I just can't do it now - if I start one - I consider it a commitment to finish - well at least to the extent that I can control my life - which might not be 100% [:D]

But I'd be happy to consider this proposal to be "in the queue". Now Yammy and I gotta flip a coin over who gets to run CBI!

Personally, I'd prefer one-day turns..., but that's because I've never tried the 2-day version.   Also, Joe, if you get within a couple of weeks of "having free time again" could you let me know?   I've been playing other games since our last WITP ran down, and I'd like to "get back up to speed" if I'm going to play again.  And I suppose Spence and I should decide who's doing what before we start.
