Great advice, Rob. Then he risks ending up in the same position as the hapless fellow in your avatar.

After a legendary wait, I think waiting another 3 days is not a problem at all.  I'm just excited that the end is finally here!  The Australian Light Horse will ride again...

I hope it will be available by Monday at 4:00 am est...I'm working a 16 hour shift starting at 6:00am so I would not mind breaking in a new game during the long day....[;)]

I am hoping also it will be a Monday morning release and not 5pm Matrix Office time or something.  I am thinking the game is already uploaded to the online store and all DR has to do is just enable it to show up in the catalog for purchase.  Since they had all day Friday to get it ready in the online store...can't wait for this one to be up for sale already [:D]

Certainly looks interesting... If nothing else, then for the "new" subject matter.

My g/f is out of town this weekend. What to do now?

You really don't want that question answered, do you? [:-]

Yes this game has taken awhile hasn't it?  I started it right after the political problems with Wars of Napoleon.  My daughter was a couple of months old.  She's going to be 10 in a month.  9 years ago the game was "card-based", a system that was scratched and changed to a production system married to an HQ activation system. Amazing how many rewrites the game has gone through.  Just before my dad died he was mentioning to me that it had taken me longer to write a game on WW1 than in took to fight the real one.

Yup, Monday cometh. The decks are cleared and I'm ready to give this bad boy some play time.

Somebody should send a copy to Sergio Garcia to keep his mind off his major choke job in the Open today. Harrington would have been truly Van De Veldesque and I'm glad for his professional future he found a way to recover. That golf course must be unbelievably brutal. Kinda, er, like a linx on the Somme. [8|]

I may be wrong, but it always appeared that main page updates were in the past mostly done at the end of the U.S. EST business day. I, for one, have resigned myself to getting the game tomorrow morning CET, as usual.
