panzer command problem

Panzer Command installed okay, but when I hit "play" on "register " display the screen turns black, an hourglass appears, there's a beep and then nothing happens.

This sounds like you may have a problem with the Managed DirectX installation. Can you please post the log file as well as a DirectX log? Instructions for both are stickied to the top of this forum.
