Sorry for the dumb question, but do I get a printed manual for my extra $10, or just a CD and box?

Will there be a physical delivery option from the Australian store?

Yes, there will be physical delivery options in all stores by the end of day Wednesday and copies _should_ start shipping within about a week after that.
