How do I find the version number?

I just upgraded to the current version, but I can't tell if I did it right as there is no version number listed on a game screen. I extracted (unzipped) the files into a seperate folder, then I ran the installation program, but I can't tell if the game files were properly installed.

You can look on the bottom left corner (I think) of the main menu for the version number, or look at the properties for the exe (right click on the exe and choose properties) and look for the version number there.

On the bottom left corner of the main menu it says 1202, and on the WaW.exe/properties/version it says 1.5.0.0

Doesn't sound like the patch install fully worked. The 1.202 in the main menu indicates that your registry has been updated to 1.202, but you should be seeing 1.202.0.0 in the properties of the exe, not 1.5.0.0. If you haven't already, you should try to reinstall the patch.

I figured out what happened. I changed the path name years ago, so I reinstalled the patch and when the instilation program asked me for a path name I entered the path name that I'm currently using, so now I have 1.202 on the game screen and version 1.202.0.0 on the .exe file. Everything is OK now. Thanks for the help!
