Slugging percentage wrong?

Post by duncan21 »

Is anyone having a problem with the wrong slugging percentages in the "real life stats"--they seem to be too high. I remember this was a problem in past versions.

What version are you running?

Also are you basing this off of a full season sample, because if not give it time, things usually center around very realistic numbers.

What season are you running and what is the league SLG? Just curious.

I'm using 1.63.

Started Sandbox Association with 2 teams head to head for 162 games.

The simulated numbers look ok.  But when I hit "real life stats" in the player html pages, the slugging percentages are calculated wrong--for example, Bill Mueller 2003 had a "real life" slugging percentage of .692 or something.

Oh, ok I'll have a look. Sorry I misunderstood your post.
