PBEM - How is it?

Post by flintlock »

Haven't read any comments or AARs on this piece of the game yet. Those that have played or are currently in a PBEM exchange, how are you finding the experience? For any that have played a mirror game, how did you find the challenge differed from the TE vs CP perspective?

GoA really shines in PBEM. The AI is great, but nothing will ever replace a living, thinking human opponent.

I got pretty good against the AI, but when I finally went up against a live opponent it quickly became apparent that the challenge was way more difficult.

Playing the AI is great. Playing PBEM against a human is incredible.
