Why exe wont run???

I am running fine now but I am curious !

The exe for PSB 2007 will not run on this laptop. The menu works, all things on the menu works, but clicking play does nothing.
I went to the exe directly, but no go.

Is there something that has been removed from the registry that would cause this ??

PSB is the ONLY thing that does not work. Installed on another pc and it works fine !

just curious with any insight will be appreciated.

reinstalled OS everything is working fine
