No PDF Manuals

I just downloaded the game and ther is no PDF manual files can I get them from someplace?

Pocus has a sticky with essential files, including a game manual.

Are you sure there aren't any .PDF manual files? They are usually located in a /Docs folder within the main folder, (not within the /ACW folder).
Mine is /AGEod's American Civil War/Docs.
You've GOT to hold them back!
