I'm confused

In Hornet Leader PC, you command a squadron of the U.S. Navy’s elite F/A-18 Hornet Strike Fighters! You select the pilots and arm the aircraft based on real-world mission briefings. Once you reach your objective, you evaluate threats, and do what needs to be done to destroy the target!

Is this a board game or a PC game? I've just went to the DVG site and looked at the Hornet Leader II game and it appears to be a boardgame....

It's a board game with cards... This is the PC version of it...

Hmmm, that didn't help much... This product (Hornet Leader PC) is the computer version.

Thx. Wasn't sure if it was purely PC or a card game with Vassal, being as I've seen vassal mentioned in a few posts.
