Hi Mika,
Can you (or anyone else) tell me if the end year can be changed with ongoing PBEM game ? The reason I'm asking I'm playing PBEM game with Leknes and date is March 1945. It looks I'm not going to get ennough points and I would like to know if I could win in 1946 ;). Do changes in EXE file effect ongoing PBEM games ? I started another PBEM game with 2.2 and updated to 2.3 and changes in EXE file did make a difference in the game (for example number of squads in a division). Keep up the good work with the editor! Hope you find more intresting stuff from the exe file.

Mika,

Another great work!

You write that you can edit the aircraft upgrade paths. How is this done? It looks like the exe file would have to be cracked to do this. Do I need to launch the editor from a DOS prompt?

Never mind, I removed my cranium from my rectum and executed it as per your excellent instructions..

I don't know if the PBEM code has exe file checksum or something, but if it doesn't, changing the end year should work, and both players need to do the same change.

That is an old editor with a somewhat complicated user interface. Rich Dionne has made a better editor based on Excel. Unfortunately his PacWar homepage whit the editor download seems to have disappeared from the net. Send me a PM with your email address and I can send you the xls-file.

Hey LST, I changed my service provider. Here's my new web-page link. You should be able to find all the old material still there:
