manual and resolution

Could use some information please. I bought the physical copy of CAW and it has the game manual on it but I dont seem to be able to get it when I click it on. I have adobe reader 8 installed. The other question I have is when I tried to change my resolution from 1024x768 to higher numbers it crashed every time I tried to play the game. Reinstalled the game. When you change resolution must it be in 128 increments, or can you use any number, my golf game plays at 1280x1024.

I'll need to leave the manual questions to Matrix, but as for the resolution - try setting the 'advanced options' in the options screen off, and using some of the preset resolutions (so you dont have to type the numbers).

Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.

Thank you alexs, but do not understand your answer about matrix, I have the manual and do not care about the disc manual, just curious.

If you wish to access CaW's pdf manual, it's best to do it by navigating to the file and opening it manually (not through the Matrix menu). Perhaps create a shortcut somewhere convenient and launch it via that. You can find the manual in your CaW installation directory in a folder named Manuals (ie.; C:\Program Files\Matrix Games\Carriers At War\Manuals). Alternatively, you can do a search for it (it's named CAW-Manual-[Ebook].pdf).
