Digital download question

If you wish to make a personal copy when you download the game , how do you do it?

Do you just save the zip file to your cd or do you have to unzip it and then save the entire game to your cd?

I just never purchased a digital download before [&:]

Just burn it to a cd, zipped/unzipped makes no difference. Put your cd key in a text file and burn it too.
