Patch for T-26/T-34 tank issue

This patch covers all of the scenarios in the MC that had the t-26/M-33 tanks that had T-34 attributes. We also redid the battles "Reconnaissance to Radziechow" and "The Army's Door Knocker" to make them less predictable and harder to get a DV. If you do not have the first patch please download and install that patch first then v1.2. This patch should not effect your current saved campaigns.
