10 lb Parrott

Post by BeastieDog »

Why does the 10 lb Parrott cost more in the replacement window than the 12 pounder? The 12 pounder is a more effective weapon. Am I missing something?

The 12 pounder is a more effective defensive weapon known for its effective cannister fire. The 10 lb was a rifled weapon with greater accuracy at range and thus better as an offensive weapon. In particular, it is good at counter battery fire.

There is a new artillery mod out at the AGeod ACW forum if you want to check it out here: http://www.ageod.com/forums/showthread. ... #post42541
