FTP Server

Please help anyone...
I moved and changed Internet Service Providers, but I have full connectivity to the internet. However, now my PureSim Multiplayer games say that they cannot connect to the FTP server.

Is it down? Or do I need to change the IP address somewhere in the game?

Please help, so I can keep my games going.

You'll need to re-enter the FTP login settings to match those of your new ISP. You also need to move all the PureSim sitting on your old ISP's FTP server to the new one.

Thank you Shaun, but where do I find that information in the game to change it?
In addition, I'm using the PureSim FTP Server for my game.
The other players that I have in multiplayer game are also having trouble connecting to the FTP server.

Please advise.

Oh sorry, based on your message I assumed you were self-hosting. It's possible that the FTP server was down at some point but I didn't have any trouble creating and uploading/downloading a multiplayer league.

Maybe your ISP blocks traffic over FTP ports, or its a firewall issue? I can't be sure. FTP uses port 21 so make sure port 21 requests are allowed to pass through your firewall and your ISP.

Sorry I am not being more helpful, this is a hard one to diagnose remotely.
