Trenches

Post by Irish army63 »

This is a very silly question I'm sure, but can someone tell me how I use trench points, that is, how do I get me men into trenches?

Thanks

You use trench points during the strategic phase of a turn. Click the hex you want to use an available trench point and select it via the popup.

Sorry, I'm still being thick here. Do you mean the panel down at the bottom of screen? When I bring the mouse down to it the hax location changes.

You can just click on a hex where you want the trench, from the map itself.

First, you have to research Trenches. Second, you must have purchased trench points in a previous turn. Once you have available trench points, you can right? click on the unit in the hex where you want the trench.

You cannot entrench if an HQ is the top unit in stack- since only infantry are allowed to entrench you must shuffle through the stack and bring an infantry to the top.
