MAC GUN?

im new to modding this game i want to make a MAC gun like in halo its a ery fast moving shell and does some un think able damage so i will also have to make the sheilds stronger how would i do this

You'd probably be better off asking this question over on StarshatterMods.com. It seems to have sucked most of the life out of this forum.
