Hi,
i save my save file before formating my comp.
When i reinstall everything, put my save file back in the starshatter folder, click on start and i did start back where i last save it. Bu when i accumulate a certain points, i got back to ensign. I was LT commander before. How do i go back to LT ? do i need to re play everything?

you need to save not only the save file from the campaign but also your player file in the main dir, to get your rank back

Send me your player.cfg file and I can fix you up. Just tell me what rank and which medals you had earned and I can restore them.

I try sending the file, but it wouldn't attach not even in .zip..
so i'll post it here.

No problem.

Here you are, Commander. 18220 points. Just save the attached text file to your game directory and rename it "player.cfg".

I'll have to remember to release these cheat codes sometime, I suppose...

I need to restore my pilot too. I was soo close to becoming a grand admiral and my computer crashed!

I has 241550 points, was an Admiral, and had all operation campaign medals, flight medal, command medal, command shield and silver combat medal.

If someone could restore this and attach it here, that would be so awesome, its too much hard work to start over now!
